Filing Requirements:
A power of attorney notarized and legalized up to the Saudi Consulate. On general power of attorney is sufficient for filing simultaneous and any future applications
A list of goods and/or services to be covered by the application
Fifteen prints of the mark, which do not exceed 7cm x 7cm in size
The full name and address of the applicant. Saudi Arabia is not a member of any international convention; however, it is possible to claim priority if the applicant submits the following documents within six months from the Saudi Arabian filing data:
A legalized declaration issued by the Trademarks Office of the priority application stating that it has reciprocal treatment with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in trademark matters.
A certified and legalized copy of the home application, together with an English translation. If the applicant is not in a position to provide the legalized priority document on time, then the application will be considered to be filed as a non-priority application
